Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received

For all other instances that you ordered the wrong size and need an exchange, please keep in mind that we don't hold any inventory due to the nature of our business being print-on-demand.

All exchanges are subject to a $7 fee per item. This covers part of our printing costs and shipping fees. All exchanges must be in the same exact color and design only. No Exceptions!

**We can’t start on your exchange until we receive the returned goods!
**You are responsible for all shipping costs.

STEPS TO COMPLETING YOUR EXCHANGE

  1. Purchase (1) exchange fee per item & pick the size you need.

  2. Ship all items to: 

    VIBRAS RETURNS

    Pasadena, CA 91105
     
    (Must be unworn and in the original package it came with)

  3. Email us at: orders@vibrasclub.com with a tracking number and the correct sizes of replacement.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

How many days does It take to ship orders?
All orders require a 1-5 business days production time (may be longer during holidays).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

USA (MAINLAND)
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery.

USA (HI, AK, PR, GUAM)
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-10 business days for delivery.

CANADA
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-28 business days for delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My order says delivered but I didn't receive it.
Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

VIBRAS CLUB does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
