REFUND POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until we start processing (usually 2-3 hours after the order has been placed). If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products only.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (25 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment - all restocking fees are waived off.

We are not responsible for orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of VIBRAS CLUB (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of VIBRAS CLUB

What if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address? 

We mail all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. If you made an error and provided the wrong address and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying a $7 fee to have your order reship to the correct address.

VIBRAS CLUB does not accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages that have been sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

 

What if your order says delivered, but you did not receive it? 

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

VIBRAS CLUB does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
